Pocket Power was created by Jessica Revell and Gareth Prior — two people who know what it’s like to struggle, to start over, and to want to feel better without knowing where to begin. Through lived experience and professional expertise, they saw how the wellness world had become out of reach for too many people. Pocket Power was built to change that — to make premium wellness support accessible to everyone, not just those who can afford it. It’s about helping people understand themselves, build healthier habits, and find balance in a way that feels real, human, and free from pressure.

Inside Pocket Power, physical wellbeing becomes simple and personal. You’ll create your own Physical Activity Plan to fit your lifestyle and track your progress in your Activity Log, celebrating each step as you go. You’ll also have access to our Yoga Studio and Fitness Studio, with a range of videos for all levels, helping you explore movement that suits your body, your pace and your goals.

Pocket Power helps you discover the kind of movement you enjoy, so you can build strength, confidence and energy in a way that lasts. It’s not about how long you move, it’s about how good it makes you feel.

The Power Pathway is where everything comes together. It starts the moment you begin listening to your programme, each chapter unlocking a new brick on your pathway, building the foundation for your journey. Once you’ve finished your introduction, you’ll be ready to choose your Day One.

From there, your Power Pathway guides you through a three-day countdown to get physically and practically prepared. You’ll stock your kitchen with staples from your shopping list, create your first week’s meal plan from healthy recipes, design your six-week activity plan, and build your focus board. You’ll commit to your habit tracker, enter your body metrics and health stats, and upload your photos, ready to see your progress unfold.

When your Day One arrives, the Power Pathway leads you through every step. You’ll:

  • follow your nutrition plan, logging meals and symptoms (both physical and emotional) with each food activating your meal timer automatically
  • track your hydration with the water log

What’s included in a Pocket Power subscription?
